About the opportunity:

We have a new role within the client engagement team of our growing business. This is for telesales/consulting role in our Wellington team with ongoing training and progression within the lucrative recruitment industry. Working from lead development through to closing engagements, you will be measured on leads and clients developed, proposals sent and engagements closed. This role is 100% on the phone and suits someone with proven experience selling on the phone. If you are in telephone based sales or account management and are looking for your next steps, this is an opportunity to progress in or into the HR/Recruitment industry!

This role will suit someone with the following experience/background:

  • A positive attitude with a motivation to succeed and earn

  • Genuine interest in developing your career in Sales and Customer Relationship Management 

  • High attention to detail

  • IT literate with experience driving IT sales support systems/CRM

  • Excellent communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills

  • Outbound telesales experience would be ideal, some B2B experience essential

  • Motivated to make targets and earn commission
