About the opportunity

We are looking for a motivated Salesperson to join our growing team in Wellington! This role will suit someone who enjoys working with clients and leads on the phone as they will be making calls to generate new customers and business from existing customers. Our clients operate in many industries throughout New Zealand, meaning that the scope and headroom in the role are open-ended.

This role will suit someone with experience/background covering some of the following:

  •  2+ years of experience in B2B telemarketing sales or similar
  • Understanding and experience of recruitment could be an advantage
  • Previous experience with sales systems / CRM software
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • A positive attitude with an unyielding passion for success
  • Outbound telesales experience MUST enjoy making calls
  • Motivated through commission and targets
