Office Administrator / Customer Service Representative

About the opportunity:

Our client provides world-class cleaning and support services in New Zealand. As their business grows, they have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Administrator to join their dynamic team in Wellington. They're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, so if you enjoy a challenge and prioritising customers, this job is for you!

Responsibilities will include:

  • Meet and greet all office visitors, the first point of call of incoming phone enquires

  • Order/maintain Uniform/PPE

  • Maintain customer database

  • Create periodical and one-off jobs, customer contacts

  • HR Administration (set up online job ads, interviews, prepare paperwork for interviews)

  • Create and maintain employee records in MyHR

  • Perform laundry duties as required

This role will suit someone with the following background / experience / qualities:

  • Relevant experience in a business, management, or sales related role

  • Excellent written & oral communication skills

  • Can write/deliver proposals & presentations

  • Excellent facilitation and negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals

  • Committed and motivated to deliver your best for yourself and who you represent

  • Any experience with Workflow Max, Roubler or Freshdesk would be an advantage
