Warehouse Assistant

About the opportunity:


Our client is a global company with international expertise. They are currently looking for a full time Warehouse Assistant/Manager based in Takanini. 


Responsibilities will include:



  • Processing, picking and packing of customer orders

  • Unpacking and processing of inwards goods

  • Attend to any orders being picked up by customers / freight companies at the warehouse

  • Assist with stock takes

  • Deliver goods to warehouse, signing and processing paperwork and passing onto NZ office

  • Maintain a1 a clean and tidy warehouse

  • Forklift operation (if licensed)

  • Labeling product

  • Liaising with couriers and freight companies - when necessary


This role will suit someone with the following background / experience / qualities:



  • Forklift license and experience would be useful

  • Warehouse or sales administration experience

  • Good Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) skills

  • Warehousing experience

  • Ability to work unsupervised
