Recruitment Intern

We are a unique, proactive hiring service working in the New Zealand and Australian market. Our Wellington based team is a friendly bunch of young professionals who enjoy social outings and celebrating a good win. Due to ongoing growth in our business we require an Intern to join and help support our Operations team (who started as students themselves!).


You will learn the ins and outs of the recruitment process. You will be initially carrying out tasks such as application management, phone screening, candidate sourcing and additional administration duties. 

This role will suit someone who is studying (ideally at the end of their 1st year or start of their 2nd) and has career interests in the HR space. Although there will be potential to progress within our business your experience will be a great deal of support should you seek employment in other HR roles.

This role will be commencing in the New Year. Hours have some flexibility and will be around 10 hours per week. 

There will be an initial casual contract for a trial period with the potential to more into a more permanent part-time role.
